Rosneft IFRS net profit more than triples to 451 bln rbl Jan–Sep
MOSCOW, Nov 6 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian oil major Rosneft more than tripled on the year to 451 billion rubles in January–September, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a report Tuesday.
Revenue increased around 40% to 6.073 trillion rubles, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) grew around 60% to 1.593 trillion rubles.
Capital expenditures rose 7.8% on the year to 679 billion rubles in January–September.
Free cash flow quadrupled to 872 billion rubles.
Rosneft reduced the combined volume of long-term trade prepayments and net financial debt by U.S. $12 billion in January–September, CEO Igor Sechin was quoted as saying.
